Fosse Way Year 5 team complete in Lincoln Cycling Grand Prix

Fosse Way's first ever road cycle team took part in the Lincoln Cycling Grand Prix on Sunday. A huge crowd gathered in the Bailgate to roar on the children in 4 heats and 2 finals that took place during the professional road races around Lincoln. Congratulations to our 5 competitors - Kamen, Lois, Isabella, Georgette and Elliot. All had a great time and took part in some very exciting races. 

Isabella and Georgette both qualified for the girls' final, and only just missed out on a medal finish. Elliot reached the boys' final and managed an incredible 3rd place in the final,  thereby receiving a bronze medal on the podium in front of hundreds of spectators.
