Light in 5H

In Science, we have been learning about light, including where it comes from and how it travels. To summarise our learning, we each built a periscope and used our lesson to explain how they work.

We know that light travels in straight lines, light reflects off different objects, and the reason we can see through the periscope is because the light reflects off both mirrors and into our eye.

Once we had constructed the periscope, we used them to spy on other Y5/6 classes!
