Rainforest poetry by 5/6H

Unknown Amazon

The whistling of the chirping birds beckons to be heard,
The daunting purr of the sly jaguar is best known referred to,
The hissing of the spine-chilling snake can make many scream,
The contrasting noises of the rainforest are that of a dream.

The blazing inferno is surrounded by mist,
Making you blind to its vibrant secrets,
As many are magnificent, some are calamitous,
Be careful what you seek in this unexplored world.

The glistening river is a wonder to see,
Its alluring animals leap from over to under-sea
The trees that enclose it put up a real fight,
Well of all of this paradise is a stunning sight.

The animals of the vast forest

The prodigious animals prosper in this tremendous forest,
Snakes slither along the monumental forest canvas,
Jaguars plunge on their succulent victim like a mass of moisture,
Verdent fronds are consumed by the microscopic caterpillar,
Toucans hover over the vigorous forest.
