MSP Inclusive Sport Competition

Today, some children from years 5 and 6 took part in an inclusive sport competition organised by MSP and students from the University of Lincoln.

We particularly enjoyed Archery and seated volleyball was very funny.

New Age Kurling was difficult as you had to carefully judge how much power to use: too much would send it off the target!

Seated Badminton was the most difficult - they needed to pass the shuttlecock over the net 3 consecutive times to score just 1 point.

Boccia was the activity where you could score the most points - well done to Ethan who scored 60 in one go!

Some great teamwork was on show throughout blindfolded football, blindfolded relays and goal ball.

Well done to all children for working hard, being great team players and doing their best. An even bigger well done to team 2 who won bronze!
