Meeting our Y2 reading buddies

On the last day of term, Y6 Alston met their Y2 reading buddies for the first time. Mrs Cotton's Y2s were very excited to come upstairs to share their books. They brought books written by their focus author 'Anthony Browne' and enjoyed reading to the older children as well as listening to the older children read to them.
